By accessing or using Soccer Team Manager, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

These terms cover the website and the Soccer Team Manager apps for iPhone, iPad and Android, operated by Dynamo Spark AI LLC. If you download the app from Apple's App Store, Apple's standard end user license agreement also applies, and Google Play's terms apply to downloads from Google Play.

2. Description of Service

Soccer Team Manager is a team management platform that allows users to organize players, generate balanced teams, schedule games, and communicate with team members.

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

• Free trials are available for new users
• Prices may change with notice
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload malicious content or spam
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Post objectionable content in the team chat, including harassment, bullying, threats, hate, or sexual or violent content

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Anyone can report a chat message or block a person from the message menu. Reports go to the club's admins, who remove messages that break these terms and can remove the people who post them from the club. Offensive words are filtered from chat messages automatically.

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Soccer Team Manager and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Soccer Team Manager be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
