Welcome to Soccer Team Manager. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our service: the website and the Soccer Team Manager apps for iPhone, iPad and Android. Soccer Team Manager is operated by Dynamo Spark AI LLC.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Account information (email address, password)
• Profile information (name, club name)
• Player data (names, photos, jersey numbers, ratings, notes, availability)
• Game and match data (lineups, scores, events and their locations)
• Chat messages within teams, and the messages you report or the people you block
• Subscription status for your club. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers
• Fitness data, only if you connect Strava or Fitbit: activity times, distance, speed, heart rate, calories, steps and the GPS route of matched games (used for your match stats and heatmap)
• For notifications: a notification token for your browser or phone, and in the apps a device ID

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Process transactions and send related information
• Send technical notices and support messages
• Respond to your comments and questions
• Generate balanced team formations
• Send notifications about your team's chat, polls and games
• Show your match fitness stats
• Keep the team chat safe: reports go to your club's admins, and blocks hide people's messages from you

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

• Other members of your team/club (as part of the service functionality)
• Service providers who assist in operating our platform: Supabase (hosting and database), Stripe (payments), Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (app notifications), Google Gemini (AI team generation, which receives player names, ratings and notes) and Gmail (report and support emails)
• Strava or Fitbit, only if you connect them, to read your activities
• Advertising partners (Google AdSense) on the website, for the purpose of displaying relevant advertisements. This may include sharing anonymized usage data and cookie information.
• Law enforcement when required by law

When we share data with advertising partners like Google AdSense, they may collect information about your browsing behavior across different websites to show you personalized ads. This data collection is governed by their respective privacy policies.

5. In the Mobile Apps

• The apps show no Google ads and do not track you across other apps or websites.
• Your login is kept encrypted on your phone (iOS Keychain or Android Keystore).
• The optional fingerprint or face lock is checked by your phone. Your fingerprint or face never leaves your phone and is never sent to us.
• The apps ask for permissions only when you use the feature: notifications (optional), and the camera or photos when you choose a picture.
• Your club's sponsor banners may appear, as on the website.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data

You can delete your account yourself in Settings → Delete My Account, on the website or in the apps, or ask us to do it. See Delete your account for what is removed. Accounts that were invited but never signed in are deleted after 30 days.

8. Children

Soccer Team Manager is not meant for children under 13, and they may not create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. A club may keep a player profile for a younger player, managed by its coaches or admins. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, contact us and we will delete it.
