Delete it yourself

1. Sign in on the website or in the app.
2. Open the menu and choose Settings.
3. Choose Delete My Account and confirm.

If you are the only admin of your club, the club can't be left without one. First make another member an admin, or close the club: that deletes its teams and members and cancels its subscription.

Or ask us to delete it

Email soccer.app.manager@gmail.com from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 30 days and reply when it's done.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address, password and settings
• Your player profile and photo, and your place on team rosters
• The chat messages you sent, your reactions and poll votes, and your reports and blocks
• Your Strava or Fitbit connection and the fitness data read from it
• Your notification tokens, on every phone and browser

What may remain

• Games your club saved keep the lineup as it was on the day, so your name can still appear in the club's game history.
• Payment records kept by Stripe, our payment provider, for as long as the law requires, if you paid for a club's subscription.
• Copies in our database backups, until those backups expire.
